2021 SAN BRIZIO 
"Deeply alluring, the 2021 blends rich notes of lemon custard with crushed stones and dusty dried flowers. This washes across the palate with a saline-tinged mix of crisp orchard fruits and gingery spice. The 2021 tapers off with dramatic length and tremendous freshness, leaving a citrusy concentration that puckers the cheeks. Fermentation in oak added dimension and complexity without sacrificing energy. Well done”. 


"Profondamente seducente, il 2021 mescola ricche note di crema al limone con pietre frantumate e fiori secchi. Al palato, il tutto è accompagnato da un mix salino di frutti di bosco e spezie. Il 2021 si conclude con una lunghezza impressionante e un'enorme freschezza, lasciando una concentrazione agrumata che fa vibrare le guance. La fermentazione in rovere ha aggiunto dimensione e complessità senza sacrificare l'energia. Ben fatto". 

 

2022 MONTE STELLE 
The 2022 is spicy, with an airy blend of dried flowers, ground ginger and nectarines. Silk-smooth, distinctly savory and cool-toned in feel, this impresses with its core of crunchy orchard fruits and floral perfume that resonates throughout. Medium in length, it finishes with a tinge of minerality, leaving the mouth watering for more”.

Il 2022 è speziato, con una miscela ariosa di fiori secchi, zenzero macinato e nettarine. Morbido come la seta, decisamente sapido e dai toni freschi, colpisce per il suo nucleo di frutti di bosco croccanti e per il profumo floreale che risuona in tutto il bicchiere. Di media lunghezza, termina con una punta di mineralità, lasciando la bocca con l'acquolina in bocca".

 

2022 Soave 
“The 2022 seduces with a rich blend of lime custard and spring flowers, complicated by hints of wet stone. This washes across the palate with soft and round textures lifted by mineral-tinged acidity. Hints of candied citrus contrast green apple tartness. It tapers off long, fresh and full of zesty tension, leaving a salty flourish that lingers on. This is a perfect introduction to the La Cappuccina style

"Il 2022 seduce con una ricca miscela di fiori primaverili, impreziosita da note di pietra bagnata. Al palato si presenta con una consistenza morbida e rotonda, sostenuta da un'acidità minerale. Sentori di agrumi canditi si fondono con la fragranza della mela verde. Il finale è lungo, fresco e pieno di tensione, con una nota salata che persiste.

È una perfetta introduzione allo stile La Cappuccina.
