No to herbicides, chemical fertilizers and pesticides
This type of cultivation forbids the use of chemical fertilizers, weed-killers and pesticides in order to guarantee healthier, more natural wines, whilst at the same time conserving the environment.
Less is more: low grape yelds per hectare
Extreme attention to quality: high-density plantings, low grape yields per hectare, short pruning systems, cover cropping between the rows, green manuring, natural organic fertilization and copper- and sulphur-based treatments.

Innovative winery
At the foot of Monte Capitello, behind Villa Buri, stands the new winery: the result of advanced technologies, innovative design and a strong bond with tradition. Its barrel cellar rests on the mountain’s basalt floor, with walls frescoed with a long chain of vines culminating in the mother vine, an ancient 300-year-old mulberry tree.

A winery equipped with an efficient photovoltaic system that produces clean energy independently.
